The 2018 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards let the kids take the rein when honoring the biggest names in movies, television, and music. This year’s show broadcast live on Saturday night from the Forum in Inglewood, California with plenty of slime to go around. The award show is known for sliming its guests and performers. This year’s victims: Heidi Klum, Mel B, Shawn Mendes, host John Cena, and of course members of the audience.
Voters had the opportunity to choose what happens during the show’s live stunts. Marsai Martin of “black-ish” ended up wearing “Guac Socks” in a game of “Eat It or Wear It” while YouTubers Alex Wassabi and LaurDIY completed the “Fear Box” Challenge. Four new categories were voted on this year including Favorite Funny Youtube Creator, Favorite Musical YouTube Creator, Favorite Dance Trend and Favorite Instagram Pet.
