American Red Cross is asking for one thing this holiday season. They are asking that Americans please donate blood.
They are experiencing a blood shortage after receiving 21,000 fewer donations this September and October.
As of right now, they are saying that there is a critical need for type O blood positive and negative.
To meet their goal, they will need to collect 13,000 donations every day.
