Officials are recalling more than two-million baby swings and rockers following the death of a ten-month-old child.

The 4Moms Rockaroo rockers and Mamaroo baby swings are included in the alert. Versions 1.0 through 4.0 are specifically on the list. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission says infants not sitting in the products can get caught in a restraining strap and strangled since the straps hang below the rockers and swings.

The items were sold at Target and Buy Buy Baby stores nationwide. 4moms and the CPSC recommends those who have the products "immediately stop using the recalled swings and rockers, place them in an area where crawling infants cannot access and contact 4moms immediately to register for a free strap fastener that will prevent the straps from extending under the swing when not in use."
