An Hour Walk In Nature Could Bring Down Your Stress Level

Researchers looking at how to take down a person’s stress level have found a solution: take a walk in nature. The scientists had 63 people walk in nature and then in a city setting. They found that the part of the brain that handles stress decreased activity while in nature and ramped up in the city. So, head outside to a green space when you need to bring it down a notch!
