An alleged car thief was stopped in their tracks by a wrong turn. The suspect stole a Mini Cooper in Lakewood, Washington and drove through some street barricades to attempt an escape. They ended up stuck in freshly poured cement instead, got stuck, and bailed on the car with a child and bottle of whiskey in hand. A city inspector followed the thief and police easily caught up and cuffed the failed thief.
