*LIST* The Best Places To Work In The U.S.

Most of us have to work and we all dream of having a job at a place we really love. For some lucky folks, that dream is already a reality, and a new report tells which employers are most loved by their staff.

Glassdoor’s list of the Best Places to Work in 2023 is out, and it’s based solely on anonymous reviews from employees. The job review site asked workers to rate their employer based on the CEO, workplace diversity, work-life balance, compensation, along with other metrics. They also asked employees if they would recommend their workplace to a friend.

  • The list is divided into two categories: the 100 Best Places to Work, which includes large companies with more than a thousand employees, and the 50 Best Small & Medium Companies to Work For, which is for companies with fewer than a thousand workers.
  • Overall, software firm Gainsight tops the list, with a rating of 4.7 out of five.
  • For small and medium companies, Goodwin Recruiting, a headhunting firm focused on hospitality jobs, comes in first with a rating of 4.7 out of five.
