Study Says You Only Need To Work Out Three Days A Week To See Results

Finding time in your hectic schedule to exercise can be tough, but a new study reveals it may take a lot less time to get fit than you may have thought. Researchers from Edith Cowan University found that working out three days a week is the new “magic number” needed to see results. While three days is the minimum to improve strength, five is even better. Study participants who exercised five days a week saw more than a 10% increase in strength than the three-day group.
