2023 Will Probably Be The Warmest Ever Recorded

This year is expected to be the warmest in 125-thousand years. That's according to European Union scientists after the world's hottest October was recorded last month. The EU's Copernicus Climate Change Service said that last month crushed the previous October temperature record from 2019 by a wide margin of just under a half degree Celsius. The hotter temperatures are caused by greenhouse gas emissions from human activity and the ocean-surface-warming El Nino weather pattern.
