Things in the world of work are changing, new research from LinkedIn shows. According to the business and employment platform, skill sets for jobs have changed 25% since 2015 and are expected to continue, up to 65% by 2030.
- LinkedIn’s latest Jobs on the Rise report has just come out, revealing the 25 fastest-growing jobs in the U.S., based on job titles that have seen the most growth over the last five years.
- It finds that 68% of this year’s jobs didn’t even exist 20 years ago, including seven of the top 10 positions.
- Topping the list for 2024 is Chief Growth Officer. Those in this position develop and execute a company’s strategies for driving revenue, expanding market presence and ensuring sustainable growth, LinkedIn reports.
- The job has a huge salary range from $41-thousand to over $269-thousand and the top areas hiring for this position are the Washington, D.C.- Baltimore area, Dallas, and New York City.
