"Top Chef" is headed to the Land of Cheese for Season 21. The long-running Bravo show returns on March 20 in Wisconsin with a new host. Season 10 winner Kristen Kish replaces Padma Lakshmi after she had announced her departure last summer. Also in the mix: a few rule changes. There will be no immunity given for a "Quickfire" win. (Quickfire Challenge winners were previously awarded a prize, an advantage or most valuable: immunity during the Elimination Challenge.) Now winners will only be safe from going home in the next episode if they win during the Elimination Challenge. Celebrity judges, including Carla Hall and Brittany Snow are featured in the trailer, along with Matty Matheson from "The Bear."
