Movie Props From "Star Wars" & More Could Fetch $8-Million In Auction

Iconic movie memorabilia is up for auction this March, with 1,700 items set to fetch up to an estimated $8-million altogether! Coming from Propstore, items ranging from C-3PO’s head from 1983's "Return of the Jedi” to Captain Picard's “Star Trek” command chair are up for grabs.

Some of these items wont be cheap, however. The C-3PO head is expected to fetch $1-million for instance, while a stunt leather jacket from "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom” is estimated to get up to $400-thousand! The whole catalogue of items up for grabs is available online starting Friday, so movie buffs can find the best items to throw their money at ahead of three days of bidding starting on March 12th at L.A.'s Petersen Automotive Museum, as well as online.
