This morning’s cell phone outage, which was thought to be over, is now getting worse. Thousands of people across the country are being affected this morning by a cellular outage. Things started going south this morning around 4:30 Eastern time with AT&T users reporting the most outages according to the website Downdetector. More than 60-thousand AT&T users have been impacted along with users from Verizon and T-Mobile also lodging complaints. AT&T has not responded to requests from the press about what’s going on. Verizon says that the outages are not impacting their network directly, but are impacting their customers trying to reach another carrier experiencing the issue.
