A longtime Walmart employee is spilling the tea on how to save even more money there. The unnamed staffer told Nasdaq the tips:
- Wait for the weekly secret “serious” clearance sales. They are sales inside of sales. “Keep an eye out for yellow stickers ending in ‘5’ or ‘0’ marking deepest discounts” the insider says
- Use the app. There are even more savings
- Practice competitor price matching
- Use the app’s scan & go feature
- Don’t always trust ‘rollback’ deals. They don’t necessarily mean deals
- Go during off-peak hours
