Bill Introduced In California To Change Tickets For Concerts And More

There's a new push to lower the cost of concerts. A California lawmaker introduced a bill yesterday that would no longer allow one company to be the first to sell tickets. Assemblywoman Buffy Wicks claims prices have skyrocketed 140-percent since Ticketmaster and Live Nation merged in 2010. She believes more competition will change that. Ticketmaster says it supports reforms to improve ticketing, but doesn't think this first-in-the-nation bill is the answer.
