“NCIS” is getting a 22nd season. The lynchpin of the CBS lineup was renewed along with “The Neighborhood,” which enters its 7th season. Renewed previously were all three “FBI” series, “Tracker,” “Ghosts” and “Fire Country.” Rookie show “NCIS: Sydney” scores a second season as well. “The Neighborhood” will be the lead in for “NCIS” on Mondays.
