A revival of the horror film "The Blair Witch Project" is in the works at Lionsgate. The news dropped yesterday at CinemaCon. Plot details are being kept under wraps but the film is being described as a new vision that will reintroduce the horror classic to a new generation. Horror filmmaker Jason Blum will helm the project. The original film about three filmmakers who disappear in the Maryland woods while making a documentary about the supposed Blair Witch was released in 1999.
