IS IS OKAY FOR A WOMAN TO PROPOSE?

Some things never change. StudeThousands of students were recently asked who should propose marriage -- the man, the woman, or does it matter?

Two-thirds of men and women said "definitely" the guy should propose. Only 2.8% of the women said they'd "kind of" want to propose.

 

So how about right here in Shenandoah Country?
