More of us are making an effort to seek out and buy products that were made in the U.S. Looks like the Great Recession has helped many of us realize that the trade-off for cheap goods made overseas in places like China is the loss of manufacturing jobs here at home.

So now, companies are focusing more on U.S manufacturing again!

Walmart announced earlier this year that it will kick up sourcing of U.S. products by $50 billion during the next 10 years, and now General Electric is investing $1 billion through 2014 to revitalize its U.S. appliances business, and hopefully create more than 1,500 American jobs.
