Next Thursday & Friday, Rosie & I are taking over Q102, broadcasting 13 hours each day from Children's National Medical Center, raising money to help sick kids from Shenandoah Country!

We went to the hospital for a tour on tuesday, and it showed us just how much they really care about kids. The way the building is designed with kids and families needs in mind, thinking about their mindset when designing everything~ the operating rooms, the recovery rooms, the ouch-free play rooms~ and the level of care is the best in the nation. In fact, our own Children's National has a reputation all over the world for being the very best care you can get for your child...and it's right down the road, treating over a thousand children a year here in Shenandoah Country.

Here are a few pictures from our tour on tuesday...there aren't any pictures of the children for obvius reasons, but there are so many beautiful babies being treated by these wonderful people...we hope we can count on you being there for us Thursday & Friday!
