Zac Brown, his business entities and partners are all being sued in Georgia by a man named Kyle Landas for copyright and trademark infringement. Landas is a former employee of Zac’s and among his claims were unsafe work conditions and Zac liked to yell a lot. He also designed a tree that Zac supposedly used without permission on the cover of their upcoming album, ‘You Get What You Give.’ Landas was fired last August and is seeking $150,000.
