Randy Travis has been officially charged with DWI after blood tests revealed the singer was indeed driving under the influence of alcohol when he drove his car into a construction site in August. Authorities in Grayson County, Texas say Randy's blood-alcohol was 0.15, almost twice the legal limit.
At the time of his arrest last summer, Randy was found naked laying in the road near the construction site. He also allegedly verbally threatened an officer that night and refused both a blood and breathalyzer test. Officials obtained the blood alcohol test after a search warrant was issued.
If found guilty, Randy faces up to two years in jail and a $4,000 fine.
