Brad posted the sad news on his Facebook page:
"Jayden Lamb.... our 8 year old Super Fan passed away last night after a courageous battle... Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to his family and many many friends!"
 
 Brad wrote: "As a father myself I am devastated for Jayden's family and friends. We became friends and each time we met I was so impressed by Jayden's spunk and love for life and especially for music. I am so honored that he was a fan of my music. God has certainly gained an angel for eternity."
