A family in southwest Illinois had an electrical fire in their home on September 19th. The people only suffered minor injuries, but an eight-month-old kitten named Dutchess suffered second and third degree burns. She wasn't expected to last the night, but she's battled back . . . thanks to veterinary treatment that costs $110 a DAY.
A Facebook site for Dutchess has already collected more than $4,500 in donations from around the world.
