Reba's Praline Sweet Potato Casserole

No one cooks better than miss Reba...so I found her Sweet Potato Casserole recipie...you should try this:

It combines two of Thanksgiving's staple foods into one dish. Reba's southern specialty unites sweet potatoes with praline to get those holiday taste buds firing.

Preheat the oven to 350° F. Then grease a shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, mash sweet potatoes in a bowl and stir in granulated sugar, margarine, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and eggs. Then you're going to spoon the sweet potato mixture into a prepared casserole dish. Next, you need to mix the topping ingredients together and sprinkle them on a potato mixture. Finally, bake for 30 minutes and enjoy. This recipe serves six people.

Ingredients:

Potato mixture:

1 can (40 oz.) sweet potatoes, drained

1/3 cup granulated sugar

2 Tbsp. margarine, melted

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp. salt

2 large eggs

Topping:

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

1/4 cup pecans, chopped

3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour

2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
